#LemonTart was a success

Finally cooked #Heston Lemon Tart.  Took me and the boy 3hrs to prep the main ingrediance and 2hrs to bake, but it was bloody lovery.!  And its held its shape.  The only change was i replaced the double cream with elmlea 50% less fat, still worked 🙂
