Got a bit angry at work today. Im still in the last month of probation and bloody Zendesk makes me look like a twonk. Luckily its happened to another member of staff too. So we reported it. But basically a group of tickets suddenly appeared, that were logged about an hr prior to appearing. (I was so annoyed)
Oh.! Lunchtime is nearly over, so best get back in.!
